RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING

Before returning an eligible product, you must contact Mike’s Tacticals through our Contact Us page torequest a Return Merchandise Authorization and receive return-shipping instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Unless the return resulted from an error by Mike’s Tacticals:

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Return-shipping charges may be deducted from any approved refund.

Shipping and delivery times for replacement or exchanged products may vary depending on thedestination, carrier, product availability, and legal requirements.

For products valued at more than $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service andpurchasing sufficient shipping insurance. Mike’s Tacticals is not responsible for merchandise lost, damaged,or misdirected during return shipping.

A refund or exchange will not be processed until the returned merchandise has been received, inspected,and approved by Mike’s Tacticals.

 
FIREARM SHIPPING

 

• ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE UNLESS ANOTHER DELIVERY METHOD IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY LAW.
• Before placing an order, the customer must confirm that the selected receiving dealer:
• Holds a current and valid Federal Firearms License
• Accepts transfers from Mike’s Tacticals
• Will accept the specific firearm being ordered
• Can lawfully transfer the firearm to the customer
• Has disclosed its transfer fees and other requirements
• Firearms will not be shipped until Mike’s Tacticals has received and verified the receiving dealer’s license andall other required information.
• Customers must contact their receiving dealer directly regarding delivery, transfer paperwork, backgroundchecks, waiting periods, fees, and pickup requirements.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Mike’s Tacticals conducts its business in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governingfirearms, receivers, frames, magazines, ammunition, firearm components, and other regulated products.

Products displayed on our website may not be legal for purchase, possession, shipment, or use in everyjurisdiction.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW AND FOLLOW ALL FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY,CITY, AND LOCAL LAWS THAT APPLY TO THE PRODUCTS BEING ORDERED.

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for confirming:That the product is legal to purchase and possess in the customer’s location.

That the product may be legally shipped to the requested destination.That the customer satisfies all applicable age and eligibility requirements.

That the selected receiving dealer will accept and transfer the product.

That any firearm, receiver, magazine, ammunition product, or accessory complies with all applicablerestrictions.

That all required licenses, permits, identification, and documentation have been obtained.

That no local ordinance or regulation prohibits the transaction.

Mike’s Tacticals does not provide legal advice and cannot determine every law that may apply to anindividual customer or location.

Acceptance of an order or payment does not guarantee that the product can be legally shipped,transferred, or delivered. Mike’s Tacticals reserves the right to review, hold, refuse, or cancel any order whena legal, regulatory, compliance, payment, fraud, or shipping concern exists.

If an order must be canceled because the customer ordered a restricted or prohibited product, thecustomer may be responsible for applicable cancellation fees, restocking fees, shipping charges, payment-processing costs where legally permitted, and other nonrecoverable expenses.

AGE AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Customers must satisfy all federal, state, and local age and eligibility requirements for the productsordered.

Under federal law, licensed dealers generally may sell rifles, shotguns, and ammunition for rifles orshotguns to eligible individuals who are at least 18 years old. Other firearms and other types of ammunitiongenerally require the purchaser to be at least 21 years old.

State and local laws may impose higher age limits, additional restrictions, licensing requirements, orcomplete prohibitions. The customer and receiving dealer are responsible for confirming every requirement before the order is placed.

Mike’s Tacticals will not ship or transfer a regulated product to a person who is prohibited from purchasingor possessing it.

MAGAZINES, AMMUNITION, AND REGULATED PRODUCTS

Laws governing magazines, ammunition, firearm components, and regulated accessories vary byjurisdiction and may change without notice.

Mike’s Tacticals does not guarantee that a product is legal in the customer’s jurisdiction merely because itappears on our website or can be added to the shopping cart.

Customers must determine whether a product is lawful before ordering. Where required by law,ammunition or other regulated products must be shipped to an appropriately licensed dealer or approvedrecipient.

Orders containing prohibited or restricted products may be canceled without shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Mike’s Tacticals does not ship firearms or other restricted products to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address. Firearms must be shipped tothe verified premises address shown on the receiving dealer’s Federal Firearms License unless otherwisepermitted by law.

The customer is responsible for delays, additional charges, refused deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Mikes Tacticals determines the appropriate shipping carrier and service for each order based on theproduct, destination, applicable regulations, carrier requirements, insurance needs, and availability.Depending on the product, approved carriers may include:

United Parcel Service

FedEx

United States Postal Service, when legally permitted

Another legally authorized carrier

Customers may not select a carrier or shipping method that conflicts with applicable law, carrier policy, orMike’s Tacticals shipping requirements.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Credit-card authorization, payment verification, compliance review, and all required licensing documentsmust be received before an order can be processed.

Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed because of:

Payment verification

Missing or expired dealer documentation

Legal or compliance review

Product availability

Carrier delays

Weather or natural disasters

Incorrect customer information

Government action

Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Mike’s Tacticals

A tracking number will be provided when available. Tracking information may take additional time tobecome active after a shipping label is created.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customers must promptly inspect eligible non-firearm merchandise after delivery and report any visibledamage, missing items, or shipping discrepancies to Mike’s Tacticals.

Firearms must be inspected at the receiving dealer before the transfer is completed. If a firearm is incorrector appears damaged, do not complete the transfer. Contact Mike’s Tacticals immediately for instructions.

Customers may be responsible for shipping, storage, carrier, and administrative charges resulting from arefused delivery, failed delivery, incorrect address, unavailable receiving dealer, or failure to complete a transfer.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Mike’s Tacticals, the customer confirms that:

1. The customer has reviewed and accepted this Shipping Policy.
2. The customer is legally eligible to purchase and possess the products ordered.
3. The customer has reviewed all laws applicable to the order and destination.
4. The customer has confirmed that the receiving dealer will accept the shipment when a dealertransfer is required.
5. The customer accepts responsibility for an order that cannot be completed because of a legalrestriction, eligibility issue, incorrect address, or receiving-dealer refusal.
6. Mike’s Tacticals may refuse or cancel any transaction that cannot be lawfully or reasonablycompleted.
