-Due to the current federal injunction involving certain National Firearms Act (NFA) registration requirements, the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding suppressor transfers is continuing to develop.

-AT THIS TIME, MIKES TACTICALS’ ARIZONA LOCATION WILL CONTINUE TO PROCESS ALL SUPPRESSOR TRANSFERS THROUGH THE ESTABLISHED ATF FORM 4 PROCESS.

-Our decision to continue utilizing ATF Form 4 is a company compliance policy while the scope of the injunction, ATF procedures, and any additional federal guidance or court action continue to develop.

-Unless Mikes Tacticals announces a change to this policy, all suppressors purchased or transferred through our Arizona location will require completion and approval of the applicable ATF Form 4 process prior to release.

-This policy may be updated if additional guidance is issued by the ATF, U.S. Department of Justice, or the federal courts.
