RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

USED FIREARMS

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. 

GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

4263. Vendor Fee for Processing a Private Party (non-vendor) Ammunition Sale
In addition to any applicable Department of Justice fee, an ammunition vendor may charge the purchaser a fee(s) for processing the sale of ammunition between two private parties as follows:
(a) If the purchaser will be present for immediate delivery of the ammunition, the fee shall not exceed five dollars ($5).
(b) If the purchaser will not be present for immediate delivery of the ammunition, the vendor may charge an additional storage fee as agreed upon with the purchaser prior to the vendor receiving the ammunition.

For all intrafamilial transfers we need a letter stating the following:

I, NAME OF FAMILY MEMBER, am gifting the following pistol MAKE and MODEL with serial number SERIAL NUMBER to my RELATIONSHIP as a gift.

This letter needs to be dated and we need a copy of the family members drivers license that is shipping/gifting along with their contact info and the name and contact info of their family member. Transfers can only happen up and down the family tree, father/mother/grandparent and NOT brother/sister/cousin. Transfers From Individuals:

We accept transfers from non licensees (indivuals). However we do not release our FFL to anyone that is not a licensee. You may verify our FFL by using the ATF FFL EZ CHECK WEBSITE and entering 9-68-05366. They must include a copy of their drivers license, an invoice and the purchasers contact information.

Bringing a Long Gun/Receiver into the State of California
All Rifles/Shotguns/Long Guns must be CA compliant BEFORE entering the state. We cannot accept them and make them compliant.

Transfers Shipped Using Packing Peanuts:
We charge $10 for any shipment we receive that contains packing peanuts. We also warn all shipping FFLs prior to shipping to not use packing peanuts. These create a mess and very time consuming. Please note that if the FFL shipping your gun uses packing peanuts we will charge you $10 additional on the transfer.

Shipping a Firearm To Another FFL:
We will ship a firearm to another FFL at no cost except for shipping, insurance and packaging material if needed.Our FFL can be verified by visiting:

10 days after a firearm arrives we will charge a fee of $75 per month for storage. After 6 months the firearm is forfeited and will be sold to cover cost.

Handguns ship for a flat rate of $15.00
Long guns ship for a flat rate of $19.99

We ship UPS or FEDEX (depending on order ) with tracking. If you wish for us to ship USPS please know that we cannot guarantee the shipment and that we waive all responsibility once the package leaves our facility. We encourage you to let us ship all packages through UPS.

Restocking fee of 25% not counting any fees paid for change of order, return of order, denial of DROS or order of non rostered gun for CA residents. If you place an order for a firearm that firearm is ordered for you. If you cancel, for any reason, you will be charged a restocking fee since the firearm was ordered for you.

If a deposit is left and the order is cancelled you will foreit the deposit as we require 25% deposit of the firearm if we order it for you.
If an order is placed and you select cash/check the gun will not be held until funds are received.

1 in 30 DROS denials must pay another $37.19 DROS fee plus a $25 service fee.

Guns ordered and transferred in that are not CA compliant will still be responsible for the $150 transfer fee plus return postage.

Shipping & Returns

Mikes Tactical sells, and manufactures, firearms, ammunition, custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws and regulations.

To Purchase Firearms Online:
Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws for further restrictions. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Mikes Tactical meet your state, county, or city firearm laws. Mike Tactical is not responsible and cannot refund you if a purchasing error is made.
2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order please email us sales@mikes-tacticals.com Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

• If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them e-mail a file copy of their FFL to us at

4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Mikes Tactical this transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder and Mikes Tactical is not responsible for the firearm once it leaves our facility.
5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up. Mikes Tactical cannot inform you when it arrives.

Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.
