CA OFF-ROSTER PISTOL POLICY

This 4.4″ Staccato P should be treated as off roster for a California dealer sale unless the receiving California FFL confirms a lawful basis for transfer. The current California DOJ handgun roster lists a Staccato P4 with a 4″ barrel; that listing does not establish roster status for this 4.4″ P. If the firearm cannot legally be transferred because the purchaser or transaction does not qualify, the firearm must be returned and a 25% restocking fee will apply. This is a Mikes Tacticals seller policy, not a California DOJ fee.
