THIS ITEM QUALIFIES AS A SINGLE-SHOT EXEMPTION FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

This item is received by us from the manufacturer in a Single-Shot Exempt (SSE) configuration and is intended to comply with all applicable California requirements for a qualifying single-shot pistol. The firearm is configured as a true single-shot pistol using a break-top or bolt-action design, with a barrel of at least 6 inches and an overall length of at least 10½ inches, as required under California Penal Code § 32100(b). The exemption is based on the firearm’s lawful SSE configuration and does not require the purchaser to be a law-enforcement officer.

The firearm comes to us in its qualifying SSE configuration and is handled, recorded, and transferred in accordance with applicable California and federal law. It is not a completed semiautomatic pistol that has simply been converted to single-shot operation. All required dealer licensing, DROS entries, background-check requirements, waiting periods, identification requirements, and other applicable California firearm laws must still be satisfied before the firearm is delivered to the purchaser.

MAGAZINE COMPLIANCE: Magazines will only be supplied in a capacity lawful for the recipient’s jurisdiction. Restricted-capacity magazines may be substituted, limited, or omitted where required by law.

CALIFORNIA: California sales and transfers are permitted only when the firearm, purchaser, and transaction qualify under applicable California law or a lawful exemption. Magazine capacity will be limited to the lawful capacity unless the recipient is legally exempt.
