MIKES TACTICALS MPX ONIX BUILD — 9MM, 8″ BARREL

The Mikes Tacticals MPX ONIX build is based on the SIG SAUER MPX model WPMPX-8B-9-35. The supplied build record includes a Magpul pistol grip and hand stop, Radian trigger and controls, an HRF magwell, handguard rail covers, custom Cerakote work, and ONIX polishing applied to all steel parts.

THIS ITEM QUALIFIES AS A SINGLE-SHOT EXEMPTION FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

This item is received by us from the manufacturer in a Single-Shot Exempt (SSE) configuration and is intended to comply with all applicable California requirements for a qualifying single-shot pistol. The firearm is configured as a true single-shot pistol using a break-top or bolt-action design, with a barrel of at least 6 inches and an overall length of at least 10½ inches, as required under California Penal Code § 32100(b). The exemption is based on the firearm’s lawful SSE configuration and does not require the purchaser to be a law-enforcement officer.

The firearm comes to us in its qualifying SSE configuration and is handled, recorded, and transferred in accordance with applicable California and federal law. It is not a completed semiautomatic pistol that has simply been converted to single-shot operation. All required dealer licensing, DROS entries, background-check requirements, waiting periods, identification requirements, and other applicable California firearm laws must still be satisfied before the firearm is delivered to the purchaser.
