In its current assembled factory configuration with a threaded barrel, this firearm is not eligible for a standard California sale or transfer. A compatible non-threaded barrel replacement may address the barrel restriction, but the purchaser and transaction must still qualify under applicable California law.
If you are an eligible California law-enforcement officer or another purchaser with a valid handgun-roster exemption, we can coordinate shipment of the pistol in a separated configuration to your local California FFL, provided the receiving dealer agrees in advance and confirms that the proposed shipment and transfer are lawful.
A handgun-roster exemption does not automatically waive California’s assault-weapon restrictions, and separating the pistol does not, by itself, establish that a transfer is lawful.

STATE COMPLIANCE: Sale, shipment, possession, and transfer are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearm configuration may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
MAGAZINE COMPLIANCE: Magazines will only be supplied in a capacity lawful for the recipient’s jurisdiction. Restricted-capacity magazines may be substituted, limited, or omitted where required by law.
CALIFORNIA: California sales and transfers are permitted only when the firearm, purchaser, and transaction qualify under applicable California law or a lawful exemption. The receiving FFL must confirm the legality of the final transfer configuration, including the threaded barrel. Magazine capacity will be limited to the lawful capacity unless the recipient is legally exempt.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: The purchaser and receiving FFL are responsible for confirming that the firearm, magazine capacity, and configuration are legal in the recipient’s jurisdiction before transfer.
