CALIFORNIA: California sales and transfers are permitted only when the firearm, purchaser, and transaction qualify under applicable California law or a lawful exemption. Magazine capacity will be limited to the lawful capacity unless the recipient is legally exempt.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: The purchaser and receiving FFL are responsible for confirming that the firearm, magazine capacity, and configuration are legal in the recipient’s jurisdiction before transfer.

CA OFF-ROSTER PISTOL POLICY

The customized Staccato XC is not listed among the Staccato models shown on the current California DOJ Roster of Certified Handguns. A California transfer requires a lawful roster exemption or another qualifying transaction, as confirmed by the receiving California FFL before ordering. California DOJ’s exemption guidance explains that eligibility and transfer restrictions differ by exemption and peace-officer group.

If the firearm cannot legally be transferred because the purchaser or transaction does not qualify, the firearm must be returned and a 25% restocking fee will apply. This is a Mikes Tacticals seller policy, not a fee imposed by California or the California DOJ.
